SERVICE MANAGER
As a Service Manager at Gray Residential, you’ll lead the maintenance team in ensuring the physical integrity, safety, and functionality of our apartment community. This role includes overseeing daily work orders, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and team training. We're looking for a hands-on leader with strong technical skills, a commitment to resident satisfaction, and the ability to foster a positive, solutions-driven team environment.
SERVICE TECHNICIAN
As a Service Technician at Gray Residential, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality, safety, and comfort of our apartment communities. From completing work orders and repairs to assisting with preventative maintenance and unit turnovers, your hands-on skills help ensure our residents feel right at home. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
PROPERTY MANAGER
As a Property Manager at Gray Residential, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of one of our apartment communities. This includes managing leasing activity, resident relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and team supervision. We’re looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and driven to create a high-quality living experience for every resident.

Our Centralized Leasing Team provides exceptional service across multiple communities, ensuring every prospect and resident has a seamless experience — from first inquiry to move-in.
